Joseph A. Sinclair

Joseph began his career working directly with the back office of Trustmont Financial Group, gaining extensive knowledge and networking skills in the industry. He has the following registrations: Series 7 (FINRA), Series 63 and 65 (NASAA). The foundation of his practice is genuinely getting to know his clients and their families in order to provide optimal solutions to help accomplish their financial goals.

Mr. Sinclair is experienced in consultation for retirement and estate planning as well as helping to create tailored strategies for the growth and preservation of his clients' overall wealth.

When not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his family. He likes shooting trap, golfing, playing darts, and traveling, as well as being an active member of his community.

Peter D. Dochinez CFP®

Partner

Mr. Dochinez began his securities career in 1982 with Prudential Insurance. He formed Trustmont Financial Group in June of 1986; investment advisory services were separated in 1992 with the creation of Trustmont Advisory Group. Peter’s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification was earned in 1995. Throughout his career, Peter obtained numerous securities registrations, including the Series 6, 7, 24, 27, and 53 (FINRA) and 63 (NASAA).

For many years, Mr. Dochinez has focused his efforts on the private placement of investments in such areas as Real Estate, Oil and Gas, and early stage Corporate Funding Strategies.

Peter and his wife, Claudia, have two children and multiple grandchildren. He enjoys gardening, fishing, hunting, and golfing. His personal motto is, “Get it done. Get it done right. And get on with something else.”

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Center for Financial Planning, Inc. owns and licenses the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, and CFP® (with plaque design) in the United States to Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., which authorizes individuals who successfully complete the organization’s initial and ongoing certification requirements to use the certification marks.

Allen Lassinger CPA, CGMA

Financial Advisor

Allen is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having graduated with honors from Saint Francis University in 2006 with a commitment to excellence and a passion for business. Early in his career, he worked as an auditor at Calibre CPA Group, and then continued his journey holding various leadership positions within multiple organizations to help clients navigate the complexities of financial management.

Now Mr. Lassinger is a Principal in PWR Accounting & Tax Advisors and a Partner at Bulow, Hottle & Co. He recently obtained his Series 65 registration, expanding his capabilities to collaborate directly with clients to help them develop a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with their goals, while also considering the impact on their tax obligations. Throughout his journey, Allen has embraced technology to streamline financial processes, implementing innovative accounting solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. His adaptability and strategic thinking have proven invaluable.

In his spare time, Allen enjoys being with his wife and daughter. He is also committed to giving back to his alma mater, and actively participates in alumni initiatives that contribute to the development of future accountants.

Alexander Hart

Financial Advisor & Insurance Consultant

Alex is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, and earned a master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  He joined PWR Planners in 2022 and is acquiring new clients. 

Mr. Hart is licensed for life, health and accident insurance. He also has the following registrations: Series 6 (FINRA), Series 63 and 65 (NASAA).

Alex enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Olivia, their two sons, and their four pets.

Patty L. Eutsey

Chief Operations Officer / Partner

Patty has over 30 years of experience in the financial and investment industry. She holds an associate degree in Paralegal studies from Westmoreland County Community College as well as the Series 7 with FINRA and Series 63 with NASAA.

Ms. Eutsey oversees all PWR Planners’ operational, bookkeeping, accounting, and client servicing activities.

She and her husband Donnie, enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and kayaking throughout Pennsylvania’s beautiful state parks.

Cherie Grecko

Operations Administrator

Cherie attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania for Journalism and joined PWR Planners in 2015. She holds her Series 65 license with NASAA and is constantly expanding her knowledge of the financial industry.

Serving as Operations Administrator, some of Mrs. Grecko’s responsibilities include client relations, advisor support, account maintenance, clerical duties, and event planning. 

When not at the office, Cherie maintains an active lifestyle through kayaking, hiking, bicycling, and SXS riding. When weather doesn’t permit, she prefers lazy days with her husband, Jeremy, and cats, Trike and Momma. She attributes her outgoing demeanor, open-mindedness, and positive outlook to the years she spent traveling the country experiencing diverse walks of life.

Hayla Hanchar

Administrative Assistant

Hayla graduated from Westmoreland County Community College in 2021 with an associate degree in Office Administration Technology. In 2024, she became PWR Planner’s newest Team member and has taken the position as Administrative Assistant. Some of Ms. Hanchar’s responsibilities include clerical duties, client communications, and operations support. She is eager to expand her knowledge of the financial industry.

Outside the office, Hayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Troy, and their three cats, Lilly, Spectre, and Luna. She also enjoys photography, crafting, and the company of friends and family.

Larry C. Klingensmith CFP®, CLU, LUTCF

Insurance Advisor

Mr. Klingensmith began his career in the financial industry in 1983 with Waddell & Reed, Inc. He believes the genuine care and concern he has for his clients’ needs, goals, and aspirations, has been most impactful and beneficial when helping them achieve their financial dreams. His many experiences have prepared him in assisting his clients in accumulating, protecting, and passing on their wealth to their loved ones and charitable causes. 

Larry has a wife, Jana Loucks Klingensmith, 3 children and multiple grandchildren.  He enjoys all types of physical activities including walking, yoga, and golfing, as well as woodworking.
